0.16 hectares planted in 1938 on a southeast-facing slope, with gravelly, light brown soil over water-retentive clay.
Viticulture:
Certified organic (Ecocert), Biodynamic methods are used.
WineMaking:
Crushed and pressed with a vertical press followed by fermentation over ambient yeast.
Aging:
Aged in used oak barrels for 12 months. Then racked and aged for an additional 3-6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Bottling:
Minimal SO2 added at bottling.
