Situated on the upper part of a south-southeast facing slope in a sheltered valley, the vineyard was planted in 1975 and 1980 over granite quartz soil.
Viticulture:
Certified organic AB and biodynamic by Demeter.
WineMaking:
About 15% whole cluster fermentation in concrete tank over ambient yeast for just over a week leading to a gentle extraction.
Aging:
Aged for one year in used 228L and 350L barrels and 3000L foudres.
