The grapes are hand-picked and pressed directly as whole clusters.
Aging:
Aged for 1 year in the traditional ”Halbstückfass” (600L) followed by 1 to 2 years in stainless steel depending on the vintage.
Bottling:
Neither fined nor filtered. Bottled without sulfur.
