From multiple vineyards surrounding Montigny and Arbois; in lieux-dit Aux Vernois, Pré Levrons, Gaillard, En Longchamp and Aux Mélinaux. Planted between 1954 and 2002 over marl and limestone soil.

Organic (certified Ecocert). Guyot-Poussard pruning. Yield of 40 hl/ha.
WineMaking:
60% de-stemmed. Macerated 20 days on skins then fermented over ambient yeasts in stainless-steel tank.
