WineMaking:

Handpicked in the morning when temperatures are still cool. Followed by 50% whole cluster fermentation over ambient yeasts and without sulfur for about 20 days.

Aging:

Aged for 10 months in stainless steel tank.

Bottling:

Neither fined nor filtered.
