0.5 ha. planted in the 1980s over Quatenary alluvial soils in Bennwihr.
Viticulture:
Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter).
WineMaking:
Semi-carbonic maceration depending on variety and vintage. Gentle pressing. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Fermented over indigenous yeasts.
Aging:
Each variety is aged separately for 12 months in stainless-steel tanks, then blended.
