Situated within the 31.33 ha. Premier Cru climat, Les Grèves, this 0.38 ha. parcel was planted in 1951, although some vines are over a century old. Facing due east in the northwest corner of the climat, at an elevation of 260m, the soil is composed of a mixture of gravelly brown limestone, clay, and sandy silt.
Viticulture:
Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter).
WineMaking:
100% de-stemmed, pneumatically pressed. Fermented over indigenous yeasts.
