Two parcels aggregating 1.10 ha. Planted in 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1968. The upper slope has brown gravelly-clay soil; the parcel on lower slope has well-draining alluvial soils. Located in lieu-dit Les Cents Vignes.

WineMaking:
15% whole-cluster. Ambient yeast fermentation in wooden vats.
Aging:
Aged 16 months in used barrels, racked and aged for an additional few months in tank.
