Vineyard:
60% of the vines are planted in Champ on limestone and gravel soil and 40% in Auvonnes on clay, marl and small stones. Average vine age of 50 years.
Viticulture:
Certified organic (Ecocert), Biodynamic methods are used.
WineMaking:
Directly pressed. Then fermented over ambient yeasts.
Aging:
Aged for 12 months in used barrels (66%) and in stainless steel tank (33%).
Bottling:
Minimal SO2 added at bottling.
