Parcels aggregating 2.04 ha. Majority fruit comes from the 1.8 ha. plot from lieu-dit Les Parlottes and additional “declassified” fruit from young vines in 1er Cru parcels, named Les Fuées and Les Baudes.

WineMaking:
100% de-stemmed. Pre-fermentation and cold maceration. Then fermented over indigenous yeasts with temperature controlled (not exceed 32° Celsius).
