WineMaking:
At the first step Bruno is making rosé de saignée. Then he corrects the color and the taste with an addition of his own still red wine. Traditional vinification.
Aging:
Aged for 30 months sur lattes before disgorging. No reserve wine.
Bottling:
Not fined but lightly filtered. Dosage Brut: 7 g/L. Disgorged every quarter.
