Single vineyard of 0.41 ha. planted in the 1970 and located in Villers Marmery; lieu-dit Les Alouettes Saint-Bets. Mid-slope near the border of Verzy. West exposition. Limestone base with thin topsoil admixture of limestone and clay. Density of 9000 vines/ha.

Viticulture:

Certified organic (AB) and biodynamic (Biodyvin).

WineMaking:

100% fermented in 225L oak barrels. No malolactic conversion.

Aging:

Aged for 12 months in François Frères Burgundian barrels. Light racking.

Bottling:

No fining, no filtration. No dosage. Disgorged every quarter.
