Winemaking operates in thermoregulated stainless-steel tank. Since 2018, malolactic fermentation is no longer systematic and the current trend is increasingly moving away from malolactic fermentation.
Aging:
Aged for 7 years on lees. Disgorged every quarter.

Dosage: 1 g/L.
