One single terraced plot, lieu-dit En Chaillot. 3.5 ha. planted in 1976, 1978 and 1981 over granitic soil.
WineMaking:
100% whole cluster. 2-3 weeks vinification with gentle punch-downs.
Aging:
Aged in old 228L oak barrels. Upon bottling the wine are stored for another 3-4 years before release.
Bottling:
No fining, no filtering.
