1 ha. from three plots in lieu-dit Queu de Hareng in Brochon, three plots in Vignois and one plot in Créole. Planted in 1952 over limestone and clay soils. Eastern exposition at about 300m altitude.
Viticulture:
Sustainable (no herbicides, no chemical fertilizers or insecticides).
WineMaking:
100% de-stemmed, crushed and fermented over ambient yeasts with punch-downs.
Aging:
Aged for 16 to 18 months in used barrels (25% new oak).
