1.5 ha. planted in the 1960s over Gabbro (volcanic) bedrock, sandy, silty topsoil. From multiple mid-slope parcels in Gétigné.
Viticulture:
Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Biodyvin).
WineMaking:
Grapes are sorted and then lightly pressed, followed by settling under controlled, cool temperatures. Then fermented over ambient yeasts.
Aging:
Aged 18-24 months in concrete egg tank.
Bottling:
Minimal SO2 only added at bottling. Neither fined nor filtered.
