WineMaking:
This liquor is made from 2 liters of grape juice, 1 liter of Jura Marc brandy and a splash of Fine. The juice is gently heated for 6 to 8 hours in a stainless steel tank. Meanwhile, 25 spices are infusing. Then blend.
Aging:
Aged for 3 years in oak barrels.
Bottling:
< 20 mg/l sulfites. 142,4 g/l residual sugar.
