Viticulture:
Purchased grapes.
WineMaking:
20% whole cluster. Fermented over ambient yeasts in tank with pump-overs and a few punch-downs at the end.
Aging:
Aged for 7 to 11 months in used barrels. Then racked and aged for an additional 7 months. Blend for 4 to 6 months in stainless steel tank.
Bottling:
Neither fined nor filtered.
