0.53 ha. planted in 1969. Early ripening lieux-dits: Les Seuvrées (on the Morey-Saint-Denis side of the village, sandier soil) and Les Murots (soils with many small chalky rocks).
Viticulture:
Organic (not certified). Coordination with the lunar calendar. Guyot and cordon training; high trellising.
WineMaking:
50% whole cluster. Short cold maceration before fermentation over indigenous yeasts.
Aging:
Aged for 12 months in barrels (30% new). Then blended and aged for 4 additional months in stainless steel tank.
Bottling:
No fining; minimal filtration.
