The blend consists of two parcels, both planted before 1975. The first, runs north to south on the plain extending from the Combe Lavoux, with deep red soils rich in alluvium and scree. The second is located in the Combe du Bas, in the center of the village. It is east-facing, with shallow, rocky, limestone-rich soils containing marl and gravel. It yields small-berried grapes affected by millerandage.
