WineMaking:
This sparkling wine is a blend of a lambic beer produced in the Zenne Valley by the Den Herberg brewery and the “vin claire” used to produce a crémant of Vin de Liège.
Aging:
This orange-hued sparkler undergoes a second fermentation in bottle (traditional method) and ages for 9 months on the lees.
