The grapes are hand-picked and fully destemmed before a three-week fermentation on the skins takes place.
Aging:
Aged for 2 years in barrels: 75% “Stückfass” (1200L) and 25% in 225-liter barrels.
Bottling:
Neither fined nor filtered. Bottled without sulfur.
