3 ha. planted in 1935 and 2012. From old vines on the lower slopes of Brézé and young vines from Clos de Guichaux and Clos des Carmes. Clay-limestone soil.
Viticulture:
Organic (certified AB). Guyot-Proussard. Permanent cover crop between rows. Density of 5500 vines/ha.
WineMaking:
Whole cluster pressed and fermented over native yeasts. Malolactic conversion blocked.
Aging:
Aged for 7-10 months on the lees in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and foudres.
