Organic and biodynamic methods (not certified). Approx. 25 hl/ha.

1 month infusion with slightly crushed whole cluster grapes. Fermented over ambient yeasts.

Aged for 10-12 months in used barrels, amphorae and cement tanks.

Bottled by gravity with lunar coordination. No fining, no filtration.
