The grapes originate from a total of 110 hectares and grow on Garonne gravel soils.

WineMaking:
Hand-picked and sorted both in the vineyard and at the winery. After destemming, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation on the skins, with regular gentle pump-overs. Thanks to six large, elevator-mounted tanks, the grapes and wine can be moved by gravity and without pumping. Racking is also done by gravity, transferring wine from the upper barrel to the lower barrel.
Aging:
Aged for 18 months in oak barrels (75% new oak).
Bottling:
Bottled without filtration.
