Ambient yeast primary fermentation and full malolactic conversion. No added SO2. Aged 8 months in used barrels.
Aging:
44 months sur lattes under natural cork. Disgorged without dosage. Minimum 6 months in bottle after disgorgement before release. Hand-painted labels with a unique brushstroke per bottle.
